Terms of Service

1. Commission is for non-commercial/personal purpose only. Please do not reselling it at any cost.If your interest is to order a commission for commercial use there will be an extra charge to the price.

2. Commissioned art will be used as my portfolio, I am also allowed to post processes onto my social media unless discussed otherwise.

3. I only accept Paypal || US Dollars ($ - USD) || Full payment upfront before I start working on commission. Fee is included in stated price, there is no need for payment transfer fee. I will send you the invoice via Paypal.

4. It will take around 2 weeks - 2 months for me to finish your commission from the day the sketch is approved, depending on the complexity and the order of my commission list. I'll make sure to contact you if it takes more than 2 months. Feel free to ask for update every 2 weeks. Please let me know beforehand if deadline is needed (Additional charges may apply).

5. All commissions are digital files || File Type: PNG || Resolution: 300 dpiI will not provide original files (CLIP/ PDS/ SAI).

6. All prices are referential. There may be additional fees for extra details and complexity

7. ​Please check my artworks to see what I do best. I also might refuse your commission if it is too hard for me to accomplish. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

8. Strictly no refund.

Prices & Samples

I. FLAT-COLORED (Waist/Thigh-up only)

• $100 per character

A clean flat color with minimal shading of your character with decent details.

• Simple/ Transparent background only

• Max 3 characters per commission

• ​ETA: 1 - 3 weeks

II. BUST-UP

• $75 per character

A clean shaded portrait of your character with extensive details. There may be extra fees for wings, excessive hair, extra limbs, and other complexities.

• Simple/ Transparent background only

• Max 1 character per commission

• ​ETA: 5 - 7 days

III. FULL-BODY

• $150 per character

A clean shaded image of your character(s) with extensive details. There may be extra fees for wings, excessive hair, extra limbs, and other complexities.

• ​Simple/ Transparent background only

• Max 2 characters per commission

• ETA: 2 - 4 weeks

IV. FULL ILLUSTRATION

• $300 - ???

(Full illustration prices vary widely depending on client's request)

A detailed drawing of your character(s) interact with scenery or environment.

• Need detailed description so I can decide whether the commission is better as a thigh-up or a full-body one.

• Max 2 characters per commission

• ETA: 6 - 8 weeks

Please note that I'm still learning to draw perspective so It takes really long for me to finish one illustration.

Workstep

1. Send me an email with the filled form to cirel.work@gmail.com Feel free to notify me on Twitter as well when you've sent the email, there had been cases where the email bounces back and i didn't receive it.

2. I review your form and contact you through email or Twitter. We discuss about your commission and I'll quote a price. When you've agreed with the price, i'll send you an invoice via paypal.

3. After payment is made, depending on my queue and schedule, i will send a rough sketch to you within 2 weeks.

4. You review the sketch for checking & fixing. I only send 1 sketch. You can change up to 2 times in the sketch phase (composition, details, etc.). Please be clear if there is a specific pose you want your character to be in. If not i will be making creative decisions on the description provided.

5. After you confirm the sketch, i’ll proceed to work on the lineart and color. You can have 1 small color-related change during the coloring phase. Please do not ask to change the whole composition, pose, character, etc. in the coloring phase.

6. Once everything is finished, i’ll be sending you an unwatermarked piece of the commission via email.
